Gospel Musicians Council (GMC) the parent body for all Sierra Leone gospel musicians both home abroad is set after 4years of an Interim-Executive power for another conference.

This body was formed to enhance the smooth growth and function of Sierra Leone gospel musicians by implementing strategies or laws that will guide/protect the welfare and integrity of every musician. It was known according to the propose 2018 Conference Paper that every Executive arm should be in operation for not more than 2years. Since the outbreak of the deadly virus/Pandemic that hit the world, the Council couldn’t hold any conference not until 2022.

It could be recall that the past Executive was found involve in many positive strides of nation building & personal musician(s) growth. Gospel Musicians Council amongst many other group or organization comprises of both the singers, instrumentalist, poets and comedy sector of the gospel music community in Sierra Leone.

As preparation underway for the fourth-coming Gospel Musicians Conference 2022, the Interim-President Pastor Alim Sesay in a discussion with musicians pleaded with them to be onboard the Conference train for a better Musicians policy that will be of benefit to them all. He reiterated that even though there are many challenges but success is of larger scale. If they should achieve a goal as a Council, team work is required from all sector of the music community.

• Registration Fee: NLe 50 (Le 50,000 Old Leones)

Registration Fee involves Refreshment & Delegate Tag for the conference.

All Sierra Leone Gospel Musicians are encouraged to register for a successful and productive gospel music community.
